Overview of Privacy Policy.
FlipFrames places great importance on online privacy and the protection of private information concerning its Users. FlipFrames reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify this privacy policy (in whole or in part) from time to time; any such modification shall be immediately effective upon posting by FlipFrames on the FlipFrames Website. It is critically important that you review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes, and fully understand the terms and conditions as set forth herein. Information Collection and Use by FlipFrames.
1.     FlipFrames may from time to time collect User submitted information such as name, email address, age and such other private and/or personal information as FlipFrames may from time to time request in its sole and absolute discretion, to authenticate Users and to send notifications to those Users relating to the FlipFrames Services. FlipFrames may also from time to time collect other profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist Users. FlipFrames may also from time to time log non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate User data, and browser type, from Users. Among other things, FlipFrames may use this data to manage the FlipFrames Website, track usage and improve the FlipFrames Website performance and/or FlipFrames Services.

2.    This User submitted information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to Users and/or Members. In addition, User submitted information may be used and/or displayed from time to time in order to facilitate User interaction, User satisfaction with the FlipFrames Services. FlipFrames expressly reserves the right to monitor and record User IP addresses for security and monitoring purposes. FlipFrames cannot assure, and does not represent, warrant and covenant that the dissemination of such User submitted information only contains non-personally-identifiable information.

3.    FlipFrames expressly reserves the right from time to time to use User submitted email addresses for the purposes of inviting new friends to access the FlipFrames Website, register as a Member and/or use the FlipFrames Services, and to send notifications related to FlipFrames and/or the FlipFrames Services. Furthermore, (a) to facilitate searching and finding other Users and/or Members, FlipFrames may, in its sole discretion from time to time, allow Users to search for other Users and/or Members using first and last name, email address, and such other information as FlipFrames deems reasonable and appropriate in its sole and exclusive discretion; and (b) FlipFrames may also, in its sole discretion from time to time, use a User's email address to send updates, a newsletter or other communication regarding FlipFrames and/or the FlipFrames Service. To the extent that a User elects not to receive email of this type, a User must change, where appropriate and to the extent applicable to such User, such User's "notification" setting to "Do not send me notification emails" in the User "Account Settings."

4.    FlipFrames expressly reserves the right from time to time, either by itself or in connection with a Affiliate (as defined below), to participate in and/or sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on the FlipFrames Website or in connection with the FlipFrames Services; and in connection therewith, Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. FlipFrames may, in its sole discretion from time to time, transfer or permit the transfer of such personal information to certain ad partners, joint venturers and/or other Affiliates designated affiliates, whether or not you have explicitly requested to receive information from such ad partners, joint venturers and/or Affiliates. FlipFrames disclaims any and all liability associated with the transfer of such information as well as the disclosure by such ad partners, joint venturers and/or Affiliates with respect to such information; each User shall review, as applicable, the respective privacy policy of such recipient, which shall govern the privacy associated with such information by such recipient.

Invitations and Other Communications To Users.
1.    It is anticipated that Users and/or Members will be able to invite friends to access the FlipFrames Website and use the FlipFrames Services, by sending invitation emails or some other communication via an invitation system to be developed and employed by FlipFrames. It is contemplated that FlipFrames will store such Users and/or Members email addresses so that the respondents may be added to the friend's list of the User and/or Member sending the invitations, and also to send reminders of the invitations. FlipFrames does not contemplate selling these email addresses or using them to send any other communication besides invitations and/or invitation reminders.

2.    Recipients of invitations from FlipFrames may contact FlipFrames to request the removal of their information from our database. In addition, it is contemplated that FlipFrames will permit Users and/or Members, subject to the terms hereof, to prevent invitations and/or other messages from being sent from any email address such User and/or Member controls with respect to the FlipFrames Services by sending a single email with the subject "BLOCK" to privacy@usermade.com; provided, however, that the email must come from the account such User and/or Member wishes to block.

Use of Cookies.

1.    FlipFrames contemplates using 'cookies' to store Users' and/or Members' behaviors, experiences and preferences, and to record session information for purposes of, among other things, ensuring that Users and/or Members are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements and to customize newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type and User profile information. FlipFrames does not contemplate linking the information stored in cookies to any personally identifiable information a User and/or Member may submit while on the FlipFrames Website; provided, however, that FlipFrames shall not be liable whatsoever with respect to, and to the extent that, there is, any link between such cookies and personally identifiable information of a User and/or Member.

2.    A User may be able to configure his/her browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify such User when a cookie is set -- each browser is different. Accordingly, a User is solely responsible for checking with respect to such User's browser (whether by means of checking the "Help" menu of such browser or seeking other assistance) to learn how to change such User's cookie preferences.

3.    The foregoing notwithstanding, a User must enable cookies from FlipFrames in order to use most functions on the FlipFrames Website. Further, it is contemplated that FlipFrames may allow third party advertisers and other persons or entities that are presenting advertisements, contests, promotions or other programs on the FlipFrames Website (including, without limitation, some of the pages comprising the FlipFrames Website) to set and access cookies on your computer. Advertisers' and other such persons and/or entities storage, use and disclosure of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not the FlipFrames Privacy Policy; FlipFrames expressly disclaims any and all liability with respect to the storage, use and disclosure of cookies by any third party person or entity.

Links.    FlipFrames expressly reserves the right from time to time in its sole discretion to incorporate links on the FlipFrames Website to other sites. FlipFrames is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on any other site. Users and/or Members are strongly advised, when linking to another site, to read and understand such site's privacy policy and terms and conditions of use, if any. THIS PRIVACY POLICY ONLY GOVERNS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED SOLELY BY FLIPFRAMES AND SOLELY ON THE FLIPFRAMES WEBSITE.

Chat Rooms, Journals and WebLogs, Message Boards, Classifieds and Public Forums. Please be advised that, whenever a User voluntarily posts public information to journals, WebLogs, message boards, classifieds or any other public forums, such information can and may be accessed by the public and can and may in turn be used by any person or entity with access to such information for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, sending unsolicited communications. This applies to any public posting, including, without limitation, any public posting on the FlipFrames Website.

Correcting/Updating or Removing Information. It is contemplated that FlipFrames will permit Users and/or Members to modify and/or remove any of such User's and/or Member's personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing edit profile features.

Email Choice/Opt-out. It is contemplated that FlipFrames will permit Users and/or Members who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications from FlipFrames in connection with the FlipFrames Services to choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me notification emails' in the profile 'Account Settings' as applicable and where indicated.

Third Party Advertising. Ads and other communications incorporated in and/or appearing on the FlipFrames Website may be delivered to Users by FlipFrames or one of FlipFrames' Web advertising partners, contractors and/or Affiliates. FlipFrames' Web advertising partners, contractors and/or affiliates may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize a User's computer each time they send such User an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where such User, or others who are using such User's computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. It is contemplated that FlipFrames profiles of its Members will be secured by Member-created passwords FlipFrames takes good faith commercially reasonable precautions to insure that Member account information is securely stored within FlipFrames' database and not generally accessible to the public. By way of illustration, FlipFrames attempts to restrict access to Member information to those employees, agents, contractors and representative who need access to perform their job functions, such as customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that FlipFrames cannot and expressly does not guarantee the security of Member account information. Sharing and Disclosure of Information FlipFrames Collects. Anything to the contrary contained herein notwithstanding, FlipFrames may disclose any and all such information posted or collected on the FlipFrames Website and/or in connection with the FlipFrames Services, including, without limitation, personal information, to any third party if FlipFrames reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by FlipFrames, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the FlipFrames Terms of Use Agreement or to protect FlipFrames' rights; or (3) to protect the safety of Users and/or Members. FlipFrames expressly reserves the right to transfer any and all such information, including, without limitation, personal information, to a successor in interest of FlipFrames that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of FlipFrames or acquisition of substantially all of its assets. Changes in Our Privacy Policy. As noted earlier, FlipFrames may, in its sole discretion from time to time, make changes to this Privacy Policy. If changes are made to this Privacy Policy, FlipFrames will post them on the FlipFrames Website to make Users and/or Members aware of what the changes are so Users and/or Members will always be aware of what information FlipFrames collects, how such information is used and disclosed.
